I wanted to share a recipe that I posted on Facebook a while back. It got a TON of great feedback, and just this week I received 2 requests for the recipe via text message. It’s a good one and it’s so easy! They keep for a while and are perfect for the walk (or commute) to work in the morning.
2 ingredient banana oat cookies
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of quick oats
Mash together in a bowl until they form a mixture that resembles dough. Feel free to add dashes of cinnamon, nuts, or chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
