2 ingredient banana oat cookies

Hello friends!

I wanted to share a recipe that I posted on Facebook a while back. It got a TON of great feedback, and just this week I received 2 requests for the recipe via text message. It’s a good one and it’s so easy! They keep for a while and are perfect for the walk (or commute) to work in the morning.

ImageI have seen a few different versions of this floating around, but here is mine:

2 ingredient banana oat cookies

1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of quick oats

Mash together in a bowl until they form a mixture that resembles dough. Feel free to add dashes of cinnamon, nuts, or chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

And there you have it!

  1. These are awesome. Perfect if you just need to fix that sweet-tooth craving. Though, admittedly, I still always just want a real cookie 🙂 These are a good close second.
