No one ever tells you it’s ok …
To smile in the mirror.
To like the size of your waist no matter what the number is.
To feel really freaking awesome in a new outfit and flaunt it.
To put living a healthy lifestyle and what makes you feel good over everything else.
To take time for you. Only you. No one else.
To eat pizza and listen to music all by yourself.
To choose almond milk over heavy cream, carrots over candy, and a long run over a late night out because you like how all these things make you feel.
I’m here to tell you. It’s ok.
I know there are lots of times and lots of people that make you feel like your choices aren’t ok. Usually, it’s because they don’t really understand you. Or they are scared. Or sometimes jealous. But I can guarantee that they don’t have your best interest at heart.

It’s also ok to not be ok.
