You have heard Rose and I talk a lot about clean eating. My favorite part about it? It’s sustainable and not a diet. I seriously can not WAIT for this to get started. The last few weeks have been extra busy, and I’m missing my routine. We’re less than one week away until we start our 6 week clean eating challenge. This group is great for beginners or anyone who is looking to get back on the clean eating train after a hiatus. This challenge group is run entirely on Facebook, and our challengers receive daily motivations and posts from us. We will give you tips, tricks and recipes that will help make this a way of life.
What are the requirements? You should eat 5-6 meals per day, spaced out at 2 or 3 hour intervals. You must read nutritional labels daily. You will AVOID processed junk. Don’t understand an item on the label? It probably means you shouldn’t eat it. We’ll also be drinking Shakeology daily to promote a healthy digestive track and get in some much-need dense, superfood nutrition. You should also be checking in with the group daily and reporting your day.
What will you experience? Increased energy. Improved moods. Clearer skin. Weight loss. On average, most participants who are beginning a clean eating lifestyle lose up to about 5 pounds in 30 days. More importantly, you will feel a sense of accomplishment after you complete this challenge. And you’ll want to keep going.
Who should sign up? Anyone that wants to take control of his/her health. If you’re shy, it’s okay. It’s all run online – no face-to-face time needed. Beginners are extremely welcomed. Though some of us have done this before, MANY of those signed up are newbies. This is a group for anyone who needs that extra accountability boost. Let us be your cheerleaders.
