Jenna: Bike and Arms Circuit

Hello! Today at the work gym I needed to maximize my time. I only had about 25 minutes to work out and I needed it to be a doozy. This did the trick!

I grabbed a set of 8 pound dumbbells and got on the bike.

  • 1 minute bike (over 100 RPMs) on level 8
  • 30 second bicep curls while biking (lower RPM)
  • 1 minute bike (over 100 RPMs) on level 8
  • 30 second side rows
  • 1 minute bike (as fast as you can at this point)
  • 30 second tricep extension

I just repeated this until I had to head to the locker room. I was sweating like crazy 15 minutes in. I think I completed around 5 miles on the bike, and went for around 25 minutes.
