Rose: Take a Walk

When you’re tired but need to move.

When you’re worried that it won’t all come together.

When you really aren’t sure where to go.

When you feel like calling someone but know you should be alone.

Take a walk.

When you want to listen to music and dance without anyone watching.

When you want to listen to that song on repeat and maybe feel it a little.

When you’re feeling that awkward combination of restlessness and hopefulness.

Take a walk.

This is when you should:

Engage with your own thoughts as if they are their own entity.

Consider them a part of you that can be removed once understood.

Remember they are a conversation that is almost separate from your being.

This is why you should:
